At Saddleback Elite Performance Cycling, we strive for total satisfaction with every piece of high-performance gear you purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that technical apparel and components are clean and securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the returned items within 3-5 business days of arrival, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method.
