What is your return policy for performance apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, bib shorts and tights must be tried on over clean undergarments to remain eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping for large components?
Yes, we ship worldwide. While apparel and small accessories ship at flat rates, larger components like wheelsets or framesets may incur additional shipping fees and customs duties depending on the destination country.
How should I care for my high-performance technical fabrics?
To preserve the technical properties of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mesh bag. Always hang dry and avoid fabric softeners, which can clog the breathable fibers.
What happens if I damage my kit in a crash?
Saddleback Elite Performance offers a Crash Replacement Program. If your kit is damaged in an accident within the first year of purchase, contact our support team with photos to receive a 40% discount on a replacement item.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Saddleback Elite products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage from improper use.
